Founder and President
Passionate about community engagement, opportunity, and supporting people locally and internationally.
Zahra contributes to committees and associations focused on community support and development. Her service has benefited orphanages in several countries and people pursuing education and a better life.
Vice President
Focused on preserving Ugandan culture and building a strong, welcoming community family.
Born and raised in Uganda, Charles moved to Saskatoon near the end of 2023. He is proud to work alongside community leaders and enjoys music and the energy of dance.
Secretary
Brings experience in accountancy, management, and inclusive community support.
George was born and raised in Mityana, Uganda, and moved to Saskatchewan in 2023. His work with people with disabilities strengthened his commitment to care, patience, and inclusion.
Director of Programs and Events
A registered nurse who enjoys connecting with people and creating meaningful community experiences.
Born in Uganda, Nahia later lived in Edmonton and Saskatoon. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in Alberta and a Master’s in Nursing in Saskatoon.
Director of Governance and Policy
Committed to community, service, personal growth, and strong organizational foundations.
For Iffat, the Ugandan community in Saskatchewan is a place to give back, stay connected to her roots, and grow with people who share a sense of purpose and belonging.
Director of Membership and Outreach
Dedicated to togetherness, cultural diversity, compassionate service, and active participation.
Jamilah believes unity creates positive change. She encourages members to celebrate differences, collaborate toward shared goals, and make a meaningful impact through love, respect, and mutual support.
