- With your consent or at your direction
Some service providers may process information outside Saskatchewan or Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that location.
Retention and safeguards
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable administrative, legal, funding, insurance, or record-keeping requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of when practical.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No website, email, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use care when deciding what to send online.
Access, correction, and deletion
You may ask whether UCCOP holds personal information about you and request access, correction, or deletion where appropriate. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required for legal, safety, or legitimate organizational purposes.
To make a request or raise a privacy concern, email admin@uccop.ca. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.
Photograph and media requests
If you believe a gallery image or other UCCOP media identifies you or your child and you would like it reviewed, corrected, or removed, email admin@uccop.ca with a link or clear description. We will consider the request promptly while balancing record-keeping, community, and legal needs.
Children and youth
This website is not intended to collect personal information directly from children without the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the website, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Third-party links
Our website may link to community partners, social networks, funders, registration services, and other third parties. UCCOP is not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.
